My goal with this website is to provide information on hip, attractive and even beautiful reusable and nonplastic items that you can use in your everyday life.

These glass storage containers fill a need for a nonplastic alternative to food storage. When I think of that plastic leaching into my food, I get the creeps.

I like that they are square. Round storage containers take up a funky amont of room in my refrferator since so many other containers — milk, butter, etc — come in square shapes.

The one drawback is that these have plastic lids. My thinking on that is that the plastic lids do not have to touch the food, and these will be reused for years.

If you really don’t want the plastic lids, you can check out this glass storage container by Anchor Hocking and this other glass storage container called Bake ‘n’ Storage by Anchor Hocking.
